"Being taught by Katrina, is a wonderful experience!

She has developed a massive knowledge, over many years, of teaching and throwing pots to a very high standard. (Which quite belies her age!) ;) Unlike many teachers, she is able to impart the art and skills of throwing a successful pot, very quickly, which she does with dedication, huge enthusiasm, mixed with a warm and incisive wit. A marvellous combination! I have, in past years, tried my hand at throwing, but with little success, which makes for an unhappy experience. With Katrina, all this has changed. She's given me the confidence, I lacked and with her unbounded entusiasm and direction, I really feel I have 'turned a corner' and look forward, excitedly, to every class. The Studio is well appointed, with plenty of wheels and tools for the student to use. She even makes us, Tea and proper ground Coffee, when she remembers!! In the past, I've given my pots away, to people I didn't like….now, I'm considering selling them! My thanks to you Katrina, for changing my throwing life."
